These are so yummy.
2 c. flour (half whole wheat if desired)
2 TBSP packed brown sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 3/4 cup milk (maybe a little more or less)
1/2 c pumpkin
1 egg
2 TBSP. vegetable oil
Mix and drop into frying pan. (Not all at once, of course.)
