Mark's Pumpkin Bundt Cake

3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 large eggs
29 oz can pumpkin
1 cup milk or 1/2 and 1/2
1 cup butter
1 small pack of instant vanilla pudding.

Mix everything together and pour into a bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until done.
